Atlanta toy company makes 2 acquisitions
Atlanta-based Kids II Inc., an infant and toddler products company, is acquiring Rhino Toys and Taggies.
Rhino Toys, a maker of highly tactile play products, manufactures the O-Ball. Taggies makes blankets, plush toys, apparel and accessories.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Kids II designs, distributes and markets nearly 100 products under its Bright Starts brand name.
