New York private equity firm  Sentinel Capital Holdings has bought family comfort food giant Huddle House. Atlanta-based Huddle House was founded in 1964 and has almost 400 restaurants in 19 states. Terms of the deal, announced on Tuesday, were not released. “Sentinel has a proven track record of helping franchise businesses build value,” Ken Keymer, chief executive officer of Huddle House, said in a statement.
