A Norcross energy and aviation company announced Monday it will add 100 jobs over the next three years and consolidate operations near Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.

Wamar International will invest at least $3.5 million, according to a press release issued by Gov. Sonny Perdue. Three-hundred jobs could be created within a decade.

Wamar will gather its defense, security, energy and logistics businesses in Georgia at the Atlanta Industrial Park. Wamar, with U.S. headquarters in California, maintains office in Amman, Jordan, Baghdad, Iraq, Munich, Germany, Jupiter, Fla. and beyond.

Perdue met Sunday with Wamar executives at the Dubai Airshow in the United Arab Emirates.
