Whenever ESPN's "Monday Night Football" features the Atlanta Falcons, the local ABC affiliate WSB-TV gets the honors to simulcast the game so people who don't pay for cable or satellite have access.

The Falcons will play the Philadelphia Eagles starting at 7:10 p.m.

But this means folks who want to watch the 21st season debut of "Dancing With the Stars" live and reside in the metro Atlanta area will be out of luck. They won't get to see Gary Busey or Chaka Khan boogie until 1:05 a.m. (and that includes me, too).

Three celebrities who have Georgia ties are part of the cast: former "Real Housewives of Atlanta" cast member Kim Zolciak, Southern cooking doyenne and Savannah resident Paula Deen and reality star and R&B singer Tamar Braxton, who used to live in Atlanta and visits her sisters here often.

The Channel 2 Action News 6 p.m. newscast will end 15 minutes early and sports director Zach Klein will host a pre-game show at 6:45 p.m. Kickoff starts at 7:10 p.m.

This means "ABC Tonight With David Muir" and "Entertainment Tonight" will not air at all. "Dancing With the Stars" will air at 1:05 a.m. after "Nightline." The "Castle" repeat will air next Sunday at 5 p.m.

WSB-TV and The Atlanta Journal-Constitution are part of Cox Media Group.
