TMZ: Mama June of 'Honey Boo Boo' fame lands in hospital

TMZ reports that "Mama" June Shannon of Hampton collapsed at her home and landed in the hospital Wednesday.

The "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" star has been dieting aggressively, the story said.

We're told June had been complaining about not feeling well, and had thrown up several times throughout the day. She passed out right after walking down the stairs in her house. She regained consciousness, but then had multiple fainting spells ... so her daughter Lauren "Pumpkin" Shannon  drove her to the hospital.

Shannon recently appeared in WE-TV's "Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars" and is set to show up on E!'s "Botched," in which she has surgery to take extra skin away after losing weight.
