With new poll numbers showing more strength for Rick Santorum in the GOP race for the White House, the Obama-Biden campaign reached out today to tweak both Santorum and Mitt Romney on spending issues, accusing the Republican duo of backing plans that would add massive amounts to the budget deficit, a charge that Romney and Santorum have lobbed repeatedly at the White House.
