Here are some of the details as laid out by Democrats on the changes being proposed to health care legislation before the U.S. Senate.  This should give Democrats 60 votes to break a filibuster against the bill.

These details come from the office of Senate Democratic Leader Harry Reid.  Note that the word "abortion" does not get mentioned, even though that was a big part of the talks with Sen. Ben Nelson (D-NE).
