How the game was won: Wesleyan raced out to a 20-7 first half lead behind two Banks Ramsey to Josh Garrard touchdown passes. The first score was a 30-yard toss while the second, which came at the 4:35 mark of the second quarter, was a 10-yard strike.

Top performers: Jordan Argilagos scored twice on the ground for the Wolves, including a 24-yarder for the first points of the game with 9:51 remaining in the first quarter. …Banks Ramsey threw for four touchdowns, hooking up with Josh Garrard twice and Harrison Cook and Tucker Cannon once. …Stratford Academy was led by Sim Patrick and Quintez Cephus. Patrick hit Cephus three times through the air for touchdowns, including twice in the fourth quarter.
