How the game was won: Veterans Logan Byrd dove into the endzone from 1-yard out to cap the game-winning drive with 2:46 left in the fourth quarter. The Warhawks forced West Laurens into a 4th and 7 situation with 1:50 left in the game and got the clinching stop.

Top Performers: Byrd also scored on a 99 yard run as he found a crease from within the Veterans end zone. ... Kicker Dylan Belvins was 2-of-2 on extra point attempts. ... Darius Bradford scored on a 3-yard run for West Laurens. ... Kicker Bill Leroy added the extra point.
