Union Grove boys ready for run?

The Union Grove boys were second in Class AAAAA a year ago, but may have the depth and experience needed to take the next step this spring.

Junior Rachel Dai shot a 1-under 70 and was medalist for the third straight week. Cambridge also counted 74s from juniors Sabrina Long and Payton Schanen. Tiffany Elam also had a 79.

Boys golf: Peachtree Ridge take title

Charles Huntzinger shot a 69 to earn medalist honors and help Peachtree Ridge win the Grizzly Classic at Woodmont Country Club in Canton. The Lions shot a 306 to claim the championship.
