How the game was won: Sprayberry scored the game's first 27 points to put host North Springs away in the first half. The Yellow Jackets led 13-0 after one quarter and 27-0 midway through the second before North Springs managed a touchdown prior to the intermission. Backup quarterback Abay Holmes came on for Sprayberry in the third quarter and ended any Spartans' hopes of a comeback by throwing a touchdown pass to cap off the night's scoring.

Top performers:

Starting quarterback Andrew Pereira tossed a pair of first-half scoring strikes before leaving the game. Dreshun Miller and Zane Quillen had the touchdown receptions. ... Trey Sermon ran for two touchdowns to lead the Yellow Jackets' offense. ... London Roberson caught the touchdown pass from Holmes during the third quarter.
