The new rankings were released yesterday, and the top teams are Lambert's boys and Milton's girls in 6A-7A and Westminster's boys and Blessed Trinity's girls in A-5A. According to the LaxPower.com RPI rankings, Lambert's boys and Blessed Trinity's girls are the top overall teams.

Most teams have returned to action from spring break, which means it's stretch time for programs as they vie for playoff positioning.

Here are some programs to keep an eye on:

North Gwinnett Lady Bulldogs (14-0)

Upcoming matches: at No. 8 Northview (10-4), at No. 6 Cambridge (11-4) on Tuesday.

Notes: The Lady Bulldogs, ranked No. 2 in 6A-7A, are one of just three ranked girls teams — regardless of classification — to still be undefeated. The other two are Starr's Mill and McIntosh in A-5A. And their wins carry weight — they beat A-5A's No. 5 St. Pius, No. 4 Mill Creek, No. 7 Johns Creek and eight other teams with winning records, including Ensworth, which is Tennessee's No. 12 team in the LaxPower.com RPI rankings. Two high-quality, top-10 teams will host the Lady Bulldogs in the next week with a chance to end their streak, starting with Northview on Friday.

Kennesaw Mountain Lady Mustangs (11-1-1)

Upcoming matches: Pope (6-6) on Friday; at No. 9 Centennial (10-2) on Tuesday; at  A-5A's No. 5 St. Pius (10-2) on Thursday.

Notes: The Lady Mustangs, ranked No. 10 in 6A-7A, opened their season with a 16-15 loss to A-5A's No. 7 Wesleyan and haven't lost since. They tied Kentucky Country Day at 8, a team that owns the Bluegrass State's No. 2 RPI ranking. All of their wins over Georgia teams have come against the unranked, but they have four over teams with winning records. They'll either likely move up or out of the rankings depending on how their next three matches go, when they play two ranked teams on the road.

Lassiter Trojans (9-2)

Upcoming matches: No. 10 Walton on Saturday; at No. 6 Pope on Tuesday, at A-5A's No. 6 GAC on April 21.

Notes: The Trojans have two hiccups on the season, a 7-6 loss to A-5A's top-ranked Westminster, and a 14-6 loss to No. 3 Centennial. They've beaten A-5A ranked teams in No. 5 Blessed Trinity and No. 2 Lovett and have wins over three other teams with winning records. They close the season off with one of the state's toughest schedules, with their next three games against ranked Peach State teams, then games against Memphis University School, which is ranked No. 10 in all of the Southeast by USLacrosse Magazine, and IMG National, which holds the No. 1 RPI ranking in Florida on LaxPower.com.
