How the game was won: Michael Bresnahan caught a 10-yard touchdown pass from Reed Egan to build the Golden Lions' lead to 28-0 before the half. The Pius defense forced three turnovers, including two in the first quarter that led to one-play scoring drives.

Top performers: Christian Bicego lead Pius in rushing with five carries for 61 yards and a touchdown. His score came on a 36-yard run in the first quarter. …Egan went 8-of-10 passing with the one touchdown. …Pius racked up 313 yards of total offense with 242 of those coming on the ground. Grant Holloman and Nkem Nioku had rushing touchdowns of their own. Holloman went in from one yard out, while Nioku scored on a 15-yard run.
