How the game was won: Jordan snapped its four-game losing streak to Kendrick and recorded its first shutout since 2008 (19-0 Macon County) with a lopsided 41-0 win over Region 2-AAA rival Kendrick Saturday night. Jordan improved to 3-5 with the victory, matching last year’s win total. Jordan quarterback Romello Kimbrough ran in two touchdowns in the opening quarter and a Kaptrick Rogers 3-yard touchdown run set up by a Tim Banks fumble recovery gave Kendrick a 21-0 lead. Kimbrough capped off the first half scoring with a 44-yard touchdown pass to D’Andre Snead. Dontez Scott rushed for a 38 yard touchdown six minutes into the second half before Kimbrough added his third rushing touchdown from 12 yards to make it a 41-0 lead.

Top Performers: Romello Kimbrough rushed for 102 yards and three touchdowns and added 89 passing yards and a 44 yard touchdown pass to D’Andre Snead.
