How the game was won: Irwin County recovered an onside kick in the third quarter, and running back DJ Pollard scored on a 2-yard run to stretch the lead to 21-0. After leading 7-0 at the half, Irwin County's Cartavion Benyard intercepted the pass on Clinch County's play of the second half. Three plays later, quarterback Zach Tollar threw a 72-yard Irwin County touchdown pass to Ziaire Andrews.

Top performers: Pollard finished with 23 rushes for 136 yards and two touchdowns. …Tollar went four for eight passing for 113 yards and a touchdown. …Irwin County finished with 354 total yards to Clinch County's 254.
