Last week: Beat Lassiter 38-24. Zac Rozsman, starting for the second consecutive game for injured QB Austin Kirksey, was 8-of-14 passing for 182 yards and three touchdowns. Dominick Blaylock had 149 yards from scrimmage and three touchdowns. Walton built an early 21-0 first-half lead and held on. Next: Friday vs. Etowah (3-4) 

3. (3) Parkview (6-0) 

Last week: Beat Lakeside-Atlanta 59-0. Malik Washington had 150 all-purpose yards in the first half as Parkview took a 45-0 lead. Next: Friday vs. Berkmar (2-5) 

4. (4) Grayson (4-2) 

Last week: Beat Shiloh 59-3. Jonathan Halyard rushed for 114 yards on 11 carries. J'Kori Jones was 10-of-15 passing for 150 yards and two touchdowns. Grayson led 35-3 at halftime. Next: Thursday vs. Archer (5-1)

Last week: Beat Newton 40-14. Archer led 23-0 after running only five offensive plays, thanks to a two quick TD drives, a safety and a 78-yard punt return by Andrew Booth. Booth set up the first touchdown by returning the opening kickoff inside Newton territory. Archer's first touchdown came on the first play from scrimmage on a double pass with WR Braylen Weems throwing to Jalyn Phillips. Carter Peevy was 13-of-19 passing for 138 yards. Last week: Beat Mill Creek 50-25. Tyler Goodson rushed for 137 yards and three touchdowns, one a 75-yarder for the first score of the game. Bryson Scruggs returned an interception 45 yards for a touchdown and a 28-14 lead with 1:13 left in the first half. Next: Friday at Collins Hill (2-4) 

7. (9) Hillgrove (6-0) 

Last week: Beat McEachern 31-21. Hillgrove took a 28-7 lead late in the third quarter and held on. After cutting the lead to 28-21 and 7:23 left, McEachern fumbled a punt at midfield and never threatened again. Hillgrove's Trevor Smith rushed for 109 yards on 19 carries. McEachern led in total yards 356-272. The winner of this game has gone on to win a region title seven of the past eight seasons. Next: Friday at Kennesaw Mountain (4-2)

Last week: Beat Jones County 18-10. Dutchtown held Jones County, which entered with the No. 2 scoring offense in AAAAA, without an offensive touchdown as the Greyhounds scored their lone TD on a fumble return. William Anderson had four sacks, according to the Henry Herald. It was Dutchtown's first victory over a ranked opponent since beating No. 9 Riverdale in 2012, breaking an 11-game losing streak against the top 10. Next: Oct. 19 at Stockbridge (7-0)

Last week: Lost to Dutchtown 18-10. Hunter Costlow passed for 164 yards but was intercepted twice. Jones was held to 11 yards rushing and its lowest scoring output since 2016. Next: Oct. 19 vs. Eagle's Landing (1-6)

Last week: Beat Upson-Lee 49-14. Quen Wilson rushed for 120 yards and three touchdowns. J.T. Hartage passed for 202 yards and two touchdowns. Deadrek Alford had four receptions for 136 yards and two touchdowns. Jaboree Goodson intercepted two passes, and freshman Kelvin Harden returned an interception 72 yards for a touchdown. St. Pius had 299 yards rushing and only one negative-yardage play out of 42. Jacob Pajer intercepted a pass and blocked a kick. Jason Jones returned an interception 47 yards for a touchdown. Last week: Beat LaGrange 45-7. Tee Webb was 26-of-36 passing for 337 yards and threw TD passes to five receivers. Next: Friday at Sandy Creek (4-2)

Last week: Beat West Hall 51-14. Marist broke the game open with three touchdowns in three minutes early in the second quarter, one a 68-yard TD pass from Connor Cigelske to Kyle Hamilton, another a 51-yard punt return by John Flor. Marist led 38-0 at halftime. Next: Friday vs. Denmark (4-3)

Last week: Beat Woodward Academy 38-31. Eastside overcame a 24-7 halftime deficit and took a 38-31 lead on Jeffery Haynes' 68-yard interception return with 1:20 left. Eastside LB Cobly Shivers sacked Woodward on the final play of the game from the Eastside 13-yard line. Taylor Carter rushed for 102 yards and scored on a 55-yard reception in the fourth-quarter comeback. Noah Cook was 18-of-28 passing for 250 yards and three touchdowns. Last week: Beat Cross Creek 41-7. Burke used 10 ball carriers to pile up 303 rushing yards. Burke had another 150 yards passing, and Juan'ya Dove threw three TD passes. Next: Friday vs. Richmond Academy (6-1)

Last week: Beat Towers 80-0. Cedar Grove led 21-0 in less than two minutes after scoring on a fumble return, a punt return and a one-play drive. Cedar Grove ran just 23 offensive plays and scored touchdowns on 10 of them. Next: Friday at Westminster (4-2) 

3. (3) Monroe Area (7-0) 

Last week: Beat Jackson County 63-0. Monroe Area scored on a punt return, fumble return and interception return and led 50-0 at halftime. Next: Friday at Hart County (2-4)

Last week: Beat Pace Academy 28-16. Pace got within 21-10 in the fourth quarter, but Westminster went on a nine-play, 80-yard drive to clinch it. Parks Harber was 9-of-18 passing for 115 yards and two touchdowns. Will Hallmark rushed for 90 yards and a touchdown on 11 carries. Chan Loeffler had five solo tackles, two for losses. Last week: Beat Windsor Forest 37-12. Playing offense for the first time this season, Carter Morgan rushed for 139 yards. Next: Thursday at Islands (2-5)

Last week: Beat Hart County 35-7. Jefferson broke away after the game was 7-7 at halftime. Sophomore QB Carter Stephenson, playing for injured starter Colby Clark, passed for 94 yards and threw a 27-yard TD pass to Zac Corbin. Jefferson was held to 256 total yards. 9. (10) Dawson County (6-1) 

Last week: Lost to Greater Atlanta Christian 23-20. Dawson County scored two touchdowns and recovered an onside kick in the fourth quarter but got no closer than the final margin. QB Sevaughn Clark rushed for 170 yards and two touchdowns on 28 carries. Ahmad Kamara rushed for 117 yards on 17 carries. Next: Oct. 19 at Fannin County (3-3)

Last week: Lost to Westminster 28-16. Pace was stifled until a pair of 80-yard TD drives in the fourth quarter. Jared Rayman was 9-of-18 passing for 151 yards and a touchdown and rushed for 47 yards. Next: Friday at Lovett (3-4)

1. (1) Hapeville Charter (6-0) 

Last week: Beat South Atlanta 37-0. Hapeville shut out its fifth opponent and has allowed only three points this season. Marcus Carroll rushed for 105 yards and a touchdown on 11 carries. Jeremy Stephens was 12-of-15 passing for 136 yards. Malik Fleming had three sacks. Next: Friday at Allatoona (4-2) 

2. (2) Callaway (6-1) 

Last week: Beat Lamar County 45-6. Tank Bigsby rushed for 131 yards on two carries and had 67 yards receiving on two catches. Next: Thursday vs. Spencer (1-5)

Last week: Beat Pepperell 40-10. Markus Smith rushed for 137 yards and three touchdowns, one covering 70 yards, on 11 carries. Rockmart led 34-0 in the first half. Next: Oct. 19 at Coosa (2-5)

Last week: Beat Thomasville 27-11. Omar Blankumsee returned interceptions 64 and 25 yards for touchdowns, the second one to give Brooks a 21-3 lead in the first quarter. Brooks had a 51-yard drive to take a 27-3 lead with 8:42 left in the half. Brooks held Thomasville to negative rushing yards. Next: Friday at Early County (5-1) 

9. (NR) Dublin (6-1) 

Last week: Beat Dodge County 34-10. Dublin rushed for 491 yards and did not attempt a pass in beating previous No. 6 Dodge County for the first time since 2011. Dublin got big rushing efforts from Jermaine Cooley (14-143-1), Greg Jones (16-140-3), Corteveyas Mitchell (11-103-0) and Tyler Strickland (4-84-1). Next: Friday at Southwest (2-4)

Last week: Lost to Brooks County 27-11. Thomasville surrendered two touchdowns on interception returns in the first half and scored its only touchdown on a 90-yard drive in the fourth quarter to cut the lead to 27-11. Next: Friday vs. Fitzgerald (5-2)

Cameron Sigur rushed for 135 yards on seven carries. Justin Robinson had three catches for 126 yards and two touchdowns. Kaleb Anthony returned an interception 35 yards for a touchdown. Last week: Beat Athens Christian 48-0. Brock Vandagriff was 10-of-18 passing for 265 yards and three touchdowns.
