Girls hoops: Hardly any rankings movement
Last week's winter weather conditions reduced teams to fewer games - in some cases no games - and as a result there was little movement in the latest
. The only difference is Region 4 rivals Bleckley County and Putnam County traded spots. Here's a look at the ranked teams at a glance:

1. Wesleyan (18-2, 8-0 Region 6): The Lady Wolves coasted to blowout wins last week over KIPP (82-18) in region play and A's Fellowship Christian (68-21). They have a busy and challenging week ahead with three games, all against ranked teams. They take on No. 9 GAC (11-7, 5-3) on Tuesday, No. 10 Lovett (14-6, 4-3) on Friday and A's No. 2 Buford (16-3) on Saturday as part of the Wesleyan Showcase event. All three games will be hosted at Wesleyan.
2. Pelham (18-1, 8-0 R1): The Lady Hornets posted three double-digit wins beginning with A's Calhoun County (64-46), followed by region wins over Thomasville (44-30) and Early County (97-16). They play one game this week - a league game against Berrien (10-10, 3-5) on Friday.
3. Holy Innocents' (16-4, 7-1 R6): The Lady Golden Bears played one game last week, beating Hapeville Charter 53-19 in league action. They travel to Pace Academy (5-10, 2-6) on Tuesday and play AAAAAA's No. 2 Tucker (16-4) on Saturday as part of the Wesleyan Showcase event.
4. Model (20-0, 8-0 R7): The Lady Blue Devils' perfect record remained in tack after they won their only game last week, 59-39 over Dade County. They travel to play region foe Armuchee (12-6, 6-1) on Tuesday - team they've beaten by double-digits twice, with the first win not counting toward the region standings - and host Coosa (6-13, 2-6) on Friday.
5. Rabun County (16-3, 5-0 R8): The Lady Wildcats were schedule to play just one game last week, but it was canceled due to weather. They'll try and shake off the rust beginning Tuesday at Social Circle (10-9, 3-4) before hosting Union County (11-7, 4-1) on Friday and Oglethorpe County (3-16, 1-4) on Saturday.
6. Putnam County (17-4, 7-1 R4): The Lady Eagles moved up a spot in the rankings after beating then-No. 6 Bleckley County 51-38, then following that with a 63-16 win over Crawford County. They host two region foes this week, first Lamar County (12-6, 5-2) on Tuesday, then Macon County (10-7, 4-4) on Saturday.
7: Bleckley County (13-4, 8-1 R4): The Lady Royals lost to Bleckley County and dropped a spot, but rebounded with a pair of region wins over Crawford County (58-27) and Macon County (47-41). They travel to Lamar County (12-6, 5-2) on Friday, then host AAAAA's Houston County (5-13) on Saturday.
8. Jeff Davis (19-1, 9-1 R2): The Lady Yellow Jackets won a pair of league games over Long County (48-37) and St. Vincent's (41-37) last week. They host region games against Vidalia (16-3, 9-1) on Tuesday and Bryan County (13-7, 6-5) on Friday, but the Vidalia game is the one to monitor. The winner of that matchup all but clinches the regular season league title, and Vidalia beat Jeff Davis 70-52 on Jan. 5. Should the Lady Indians win again, they'll likely reclaim their spot in the top 10 while possibly knocking the Lady Yellow Jackets out of the rankings. Jeff Davis closes out its week on Saturday, traveling to AAA's Appling County (5-12).
9. GAC (11-7, 5-3 R6): The Lady Spartans beat region rival Pace Academy 65-42 last week. They play at top-ranked Wesleyan (18-2, 8-0) on Tuesday - the Lady Wolves beat them 65-58 in what was Wesleyan's closest region game of the season.
10. Lovett (14-6, 4-3 R6): Weather conditions forced the Lady Lions to take last week off. They'll play play top-ranked Wesleyan (18-2, 8-0) on Friday. The Lady Wolves beat Lovett 74-32 on Jan. 8.
