GHSF Daily asked Georgia head coaches to answer these four questions. We'll report from a different head coach each day.

Shane Queen, North Cobb

1. Who is/was the most influential person in your coaching career? "Kenny Palmer and Billy Peek at South Cobb High School [Queen's alma mater, where he later was assistant coach and head coach.] They convinced me to going into coaching. It has totally changed my life. I am forever grateful."

2. Who is the best Georgia player you ever faced? "David Pollack of Shiloh. Relentless. Played with great passion."

3. What is the best team you ever faced as a coach? "Colquitt County 2013. Physical and well-coached."

4. If you were Gary Phillips, the new head of the GHSA, what would be the first rule that you would try to change? "I would like to have a scrimmage in the spring so spring could be more effective and would also benefit teams financially."
