GHSF Daily asked Georgia head coaches to answer these four questions. We'll report from a different head coach each day.

Lee Belknap, McIntosh

1. Who is/was the most influential person in your coaching career? "I had the privilege of playing high school ball for two very respected head coaches - Dan Pitts at Mary Persons and Mike Earwood at Cartersville. I was very fortunate. Both of these men had a huge impact on me and have taught me a lot. Coach Pitts was the model for consistency in everything he did and teaching the details. He was an exceptional teacher. Coach Earwood was a great student of the game and a master in game preparation."

2. Who is the best Georgia player you ever faced? "Eric Berry from Creekside. I'm not sure what year we played them, maybe 2006 (his senior year). He could dominate the game on both sides of the ball and special teams."

3. What is the best team you ever faced as a coach? "Creekside 2013. We played them in the regular season. They were very balanced on offense, sound on defense, well coached and fast!"

4. If you were Gary Phillips, the new head of the GHSA, what would be the first rule that you would try to change? "If it can be done, I would like to see the GHSA implement a plan that addresses the constant conflicts we have with club sports and travel teams."
