GHSF Daily asked Georgia head coaches to answer these four questions. We'll report from a different head coach each day.

Von Lassiter, Houston County

1. What is the most memorable game you've been a part of as a player or coach? "HOCO vs. Warner Robins in 2013. A great game from start to finish. The win really established what we were trying to do here as a new staff." [Houston County won 27-23. In Lassiter's first season, the Bears were 3-3 at the time, coming off a 3-7 finish in 2012. They are 14-4 since.]

2. Which high school coach would you want your son to play for, and why? "Me. I'm so thankful that God has entrusted me with three boys, and I have dreamed for years about coaching them, and I finally get to this year! If I couldn't coach them it would be Conrad Nix." [It is Lassiter's son Zach who is a Bears freshman. Von Lassiter was the defensive coordinator on the 2007 Class AAAA championship team at Northside of Warner Robins under Nix.]

3. What is your pet peeve as a coach or favorite saying/motto? "My pet peeve is having to answer questions that I have already answered."

4. Which GHSA policy or high school football rule would you most like to see changed? "Mandatory 25-second clocks in all stadiums."
