Westminster won its last state championship in 1978. The quarterback went on to become a starter at South Carolina. His son, of the same name, later was a Westminster quarterback and is now a major league baseball player. Who was Westminster's 1978 quarterback? (Answer Monday)

Answer to Thursday's question: Jeff Bower was the quarterback of Roswell's 1968 and 1970 state-championship teams. Bower was head coach at Southern Miss from 1990 to 2007.
