Daily List: Pairs of linemen from same team to make first-team all-state

Pace Academy's Jamaree Salyer and Andrew Thomas each made first-team all-state (AJC) on the offensive line last season. They were the 10th pair of offensive linemen from the same team to make first-team all-state since the AJC began distinguishing between offensive and defensive linemen in 1989. (Before, there were just six linemen selected total for first team.) Here are those 10 pairs:

2014 - Nick Polino, Hunter Holland (Buford)

2009 - DuVon Millsap, Kolton Houston (Buford)

2005 - Will McPherson, Andrew Dunn (Lowndes)

2001 - Antonio Mercier, Merci Falaise (Washington-Wilkes)

2001 - Nick Jones, Cody Wiggins (Bowdon)

2001 - Jeff Merrow, Aaron Scranton (Buford)

2000 - Michael Bailey, Merci Falaise (Washington-Wilkes)

1997 - Rusty Kelley, Israel Houston (Miller County)
