Colquitt County should be considered the best team in Georgia based on recent history, according to the computer Maxwell Ratings. Buford is less than a point behind. No other team would be expected to play within 10 points of the Packers. That's based on historical scores and extrapolation and not on returning personnel. Only seven teams below Class AAAAAA (listed in bold) made Maxwell's list.
