Crawford County snapped a 43-game losing streak with a 41-7 victory over Mount Vernon Presbyterian last week. That put an end to the sixth-longest losing streak in GHSA history. The current longest streak belongs to Social Circle, which is on a 26-game skid. The streak would be 31 if not for a forfeited victory by Athens Christian in 2011. These are the 12 longest losing streaks in GHSA history, along with the year the streaks ended, according to GHSFHA.com.

*Glascock County lost 82 consecutive games, but a 1997 loss to Washington-Wilkes was overturned by forfeit because of ineligible players. North Springs lost 40 consecutive games, but a 2009 loss to Stone Mountain was overturned by forfeit because of ineligible players.
