Daily List: Jones County’s victories against top-10 teams since 2014

Updated Sept 4, 2018Jones County's 35-27 victory over then-No. 8 Northside (Warner Robins) last week marked the Greyhounds' sixth win against a top-10 opponent since 2014, when Justin Rogers became Jones County's head coach. Rogers' record against top-10 teams is 6-7. Until Rogers' arrival, Lee County had lost 24 consecutive games against top-10 opponents and had an 8-62 record against ranked teams since 1970. Here are the notches on the Greyhounds' belt under Rogers:
2018: No. 8 Northside 35-27
2017: No. 6 Wayne Co. 26-21
2017: No. 9 Griffin 32-8
2015: No. 2 Houston Co. 24-17
2014: No. 3 Kell 33-31
2014: No. 1 Northside 45-37
