How the game was won: The Wolfpack defense continued to struggle and Tiamon Pennymon and Trevor Lawrence took advantage. Pennymon scored twice on the ground and Lawrence tossed two touchdowns in the first half to build a comfortable 28-0 lead at the break.
Top performers: Tiamon Pennymon scored on a 31-yard run to kick off the scoring and later added a 4-yard touchdown run at the 7:24 mark of the first quarter. …Trevor Lawrence hit Tony Dean for a score before finding Terrius Callahan on a 4-yard touchdown strike in the second quarter. …Jonathan Cruz hit a 30-yard field goal at the 9:23 mark of the third quarter. …Lawrence tossed his third touchdown of the day when he found Miller Forristall from 18-yards out in the third.
