How the game was won: Devon Robinson intercepted Matthew Peavler at the goal line to secure a sloppy victory in double overtime. Westside had an opportunity to win the game at the end of regulation, but a 45-yard field goal was pushed left and was short. In the first overtime, Robinson scored on a 15-yard run but the Bulldogs had their extra point blocked, giving Westside a chance to win with a score and a converted XP. Aaron Commings score on a pitch for the Patriots, but Westside once again missed the kick which would end up dooming the host.
Top Performers: Devon Robinson scored twice on the ground and had the game-winning interception. …Keon Brinson caught a 30-yard touchdown from the arm of Brandon Boykin on 4th and 20 with 4:29 left in the fourth to tie the game at 13. …Boykin scored the go-ahead touchdown on a 3-yard keeper in 2OT. …Josh Reynolds scored on a 2-yard run for Westside. …Matthew Peavler hit Javon Rayton for a touchdown early in the third.
