Class AAAAAA

Brookwood 2, Parkview 1 (PKs): The defending champions held off bitter rival Parkview and now hope to capture their fourth state title in school history as they face Duluth in the Class AAAAAA championship. Both teams were scoreless in regulation after many close chances. Brookwood broke through with two minutes remaining in the first overtime period on a Topher Marshall goal, but Parkview would quickly answer to send the game to penalties. In penalties, senior goalkeeper Nate Hopkins did just enough to save the game as the Broncos won 4-3.

Class AAA

Calhoun 3, Decatur 2 (PKs): The Yellowjackets rallied from a 2-0 deficit to remain undefeated and advance to the Class AAA finals where they will meet West Hall. Decatur struck first with goals in 16th and 44th minute. Darwin Lom got Calhoun on the board in the 60th minute. In the final minute of regulation, Ludwin Fajardo found the back of the net after a throw-in into the box was kicked around and landed at Farjardo's feet. Keeper Hugo Barragan made the game-winning save in overtime to hold onto a 4-3 win in penalty kicks.
