Georgia Tech picked up its second commitment of the 2017 class on Sunday, two-way lineman Connor Hansen from Tallahassee, Fla.

Hansen, 6-foot-2 and 325 pounds, attended Tech’s camp this weekend, when he received his offer and committed.

247 Sports rates Hansen as a three-star prospect and the No. 19 center in the country. He plays center and defensive tackle. Last summer, Hansen transferred to Lawton Chiles High and helped the school make the playoffs for the first time in school history.

Tech's offer was the 16th that Hansen has received. Others include Central Florida, Marshall, Army and Navy.

Hansen joins punter Pressley Harvin III, rated the No. 3 prospect in the country by 247 Sports, in Tech’s class.
