Sportsbook sets Tech's over/under win total at 6.5

An online sportsbook foresees a regular season right around .500 for Georgia Tech. Bovada Sportsbook placed the Yellow Jackets’ over/under win total at 6.5.

The payout odds for those taking the over are -140, meaning a bettor would have to put up $140 to win $100. For someone taking the under, the odds are +110, meaning a wager of $100 with a $110 payout if the bet hits.

The bet does not include wins either in conference championship games or bowl games. In coach Paul Johnson’s six seasons, the Jackets have cleared 6.5 wins in the regular season four times, finishing the regular season at six wins twice.
