Hello—

Hope you’ll join us for the live blog today from Durham, N.C. It’s a windy day here at Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium – right to left on your television – strong enough that it could impact the kicking game. As I write, the American flag at the open end of the stadium is pretty much completely unfurled, if that’s the right word.

And it looks like no threat of rain, which bodes well. Please stay here for observations, updates and conversation.
