Tweetcap of Auburn’s Pro Day: Braden Smith looks like a fit for the Falcons

Auburn football coach Gus Malzahn believes that his school has a chance to have the most players drafted since the NFL went to the seven-round draft in 1994.

He spoke to the media after the school’s Pro Day on Friday.

Running back Kerryon Johnson, cornerback Carlton Davis and offensive lineman Braden Smith are the top NFL prospects from the school.

Smith said he interviewed with the Falcons at the scouting combine and said there were about 15 people in the room firing questions at him.

He believes he can fit into the team’s outside zone-blocking system.
