1. NO PRACTICE TODAY: The Falcons do not practice today. They'll return to work on Wednesday with a morning walk-through and afternoon practice.
2. REEVES A BIG FAN OF QUINN: Former Falcons coach Dan Reeves, the only person to take the franchise to the Super Bowl, is impressed by first-year coach Dan Quinn. "Dan has done a great job working through adversity," Reeves said.
3. JONES' FABULOUS SEASON: WR Julio Jones broke his own franchise record for receiving yards in a season (1,593) and has now run his total to 1,722 yards this season. According to Stats LLC., Jones is one of six players in NFL history with at least 1,700 receiving yards in a single season. Jones moved into third place on the all-time single season reception list (127). He is the 10th player to post 120-plus catches in NFL history, and one of three players in NFL history with more than 125 catches. He'd need 17 catches against the Saints to break Marvin Harrison's record of 143, which was set in 2001.
