A Delta Air Lines Sky Club at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport is offering an unusual diversion for club members on layovers this week: Porsche simulator games.
The Sky Club on Concourse E has Porsche simulator Xbox driving games for club visitors to use through Friday this week, part of an Oktoberfest theme at the club with German-themed food and wine.
Delta Sky Club experience general manager Marc Ferguson called it an "opportunity to do something fun and different from what you'd normally do at an airline club."

The simulator games are not available to anyone passing through the airport, however. It costs $450 for a one-year Sky Club membership, while a day pass costs $59. Members typically stop at Sky Clubs for the food, drinks and a lounge-like atmosphere away from crowded gate areas.
Entertainment like the Porsche driving games at Sky Clubs are part of Delta's broader strategy to cater to its highest-spending customers with improvements in first class, business class, the clubs and its Delta Private Jets subsidiary.
The simulator games are also part of an ongoing partnership between Delta and Porsche Cars North America, both of which have headquarters near Hartsfield-Jackson. As part of that partnership, Delta picks up some of its most frequent fliers at the gate in Porsche cars, and recently announced it will transfer Delta Private Jets customers in a Porsche to the airline terminal.
Porsche, for its part, is promoting to Delta customers its Porsche Experience Center at its headquarters, which includes a restaurant and cafe, test track and a design center for those buying a Porsche.
