Inspired by hip-hop culture, he samples and remixes the raw materials into sacred objects that he imbues with protective properties against contemporary injustices and crises like civil unrest, war, and climate change.”

Christian Siriano: People are People

“People Are People honors famed American designer Christian Siriano’s electrifying contributions to fashion. Drawn from his extensive archive, the exhibition features bold creations from Siriano’s decade-plus career that celebrate self-expression for every body at every age.”

André Leon Talley: Fashion Luminary, Mentor, Friend of SCAD

“SCAD FASH commemorates Talley’s life and legacy with an installation featuring video, photographs, and a bespoke garment from SCAD’s permanent collection created for Talley by designer Ralph Rucci.”
