Georgia State is supposed to set its depth chart for football on Monday.
Coach Trent Miles didn’t say if it would be released to the media, but it’s not difficult to hypothesize who will be on the first and second teams:
Quarterback: Nick Arbuckle.
Running back: Kyler Neal.
Neal will start but three-four guys will split carries.
Wide receivers: Robert Davis, Nyiakki Height, Glenn Smith
When Donovan Harden returns, he should supplant Smith.
TE: Joel Ruiz
Keith Rucker may start because Ruiz is working his way back.
Offensive line (left to right): Michael Ivory, Kelepi Folau, Taylor Evans, Davis Moore and Jah-Mai Davidson.
Because Alex Stoehr missed time last week, Moore moves into the first team. Davidson seems to have supplanted Sebastian Willer at right tackle.
–
Defensive line: Shawayne Lawrence, Jalen Lawrence and Mackendy Cheridor.
Outside linebackers: Michael Shaw and Alonzo McGee.
Inside linebackers: Kaleb Ringer and Joseph Peterson.
Cornerbacks: Chandon Sullivan and Bruce Dukes.
Safeties: Bobby Baker and Tarris Batiste.
Bryan Williams may supplant Baker.
–
Second team
Quarterback: Emiere Scaife.
Running back: Kendrick Dorn.
Taz Bateman will also see snaps.
Wide receivers: Todd Boyd, Kameron Myers and Avery Sweeting.
Offensive line (left to right): Sebastian Willer, Akil Hawkins, Gabe Mobley, Alex Stoehr and Dom Roldan.
–
Defensive line: DeQueszman Kelley, Julien Laurent and Tevin Jones.
Outside linebackers: James Traylor and Melvin King.
Inside linebackers: Trey Payne and Ed Curney
Cornerbacks: Jerome Smith and B.J. Clay
Safeties: Nate Simon and Bryan Williams or Dartez Jacobs.
