UGA moves quickly to recruit young star

We don’t write much about underclassmen unless they’re special.

Derrik Allen, a rising sophomore at Lassiter High School, is something special.

Allen already has elite size for a cornerback at 6-foot-1. It certainly caught the attention of UGA, which was the first to offer to blossoming star. Allen has also added offers from Auburn, Louisville and Clemson, among others.
