The Seattle Seahawks running back has turned his reluctance to address the media into a money-making opportunity.
Lynch has filed a trademark application to own the phrase, "I'm just here so I won't get fined," which he masterfully popularized during Super Bowl XLIX Media Day last month.
So you can expect the sentence in a T-shirt for sale soon.
It’s not the first time Lynch has tried to cash in on his words.
He first trademarked "Beast Mode" after his rookie season in 2008 and turned it into a fashion line. Last year, according to the Seattle Times, he responded to interviews by saying, "I'm just about that action, boss." He later applied to trademark "About That Action Boss" and is selling apparel with that phrase on his website.
