A cool Sunday is due to get even colder as the sun goes down on St. Patrick’s Day.
Temperatures reached a high on 63 degrees Sunday, but Channel 2 meteorologist Katie Walls said they’ll drop again this evening.
Check out these temperatures! It's feeling great now, but they'll plummet again tonight. I'm updating the chill you can expect as you head out Monday AM ahead at 6 on Ch. 2. pic.twitter.com/jecKx2R0P1

But, at least it didn’t rain on St. Patrick’s Day. This is the first time Atlanta has had a completely dry weekend since before the Super Bowl, Walls said.
“Finally, a dry weekend,” Walls said. “The last time we had an entirely dry weekend was Jan. 26 and 27.”
Temperatures this weekend will be running cooler-than-average but finally, a DRY weekend is in store! The last dry weekend we enjoyed was Jan. 26-27. I'm timing when warmer temperatures arrive NOW on Ch. 2 through 9am. pic.twitter.com/EDbhDu8qtK
