It's a sum Nathan Drake would be proud of. In a new blog , Sony's Asad Qizilbash broke the news that the platform's latest title, "Uncharted 4: A Thief's End," sold more than 2.7 million copies in the week following its release May 10.

"It’s one of the most beautifully crafted games I’ve ever played, and the great reception we’ve seen from the community has been amazing and humbling," Qizilbash wrote.

The total number of sales accounts for both Blu-Ray sales and digital downloads.

"A Thief's End,", which is the final game in the "Uncharted" series, follows explorer Nathan Drake and his long-lost brother Sam as they hunt for a mysterious treasure.
