1. Weight limit. UAS would have to stay 55 pounds or less.

2. Within sight. UAS would be required to be in sight of its operator, without the help of any device, at all times.

3. Only in daytime. Allowed from official sunrise to official sunset.

4. Max speed. No more than 100 mph.

5. Max height. No more than 500 feet above ground level.

6. One at a time. Operator would not be able to use more than one UAS at a time.

7. Age limit. Operator would have to be at least 17 years old.

8. Operator test. Operator would have to "pass an initial aeronautical knowledge test at an FAA-approved knowledge testing center."
