WATCH: LeBron James reacts to Erin Popovich’s death in interview with Allie LaForce

In a post-game interview with reporter Allie LaForce, LeBron James got emotional as he reacted to the news that Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich’s wife, Erin, died.

Since the interview Wednesday night, social media users have questioned whether James knew about the question before giving his emotional answer.

James recorded a video posted on the Uninterrupted Twitter account sending his well wishes to the Popovich family as well as defending the reporter’s question.
