Former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick might not have played in the League last season, but he’s prepared if a team comes calling.
Yahoo Sports’ Charles Robinson reported Thursday morning Kaepernick went through a 90-minute throwing workout at a private Houston area practice field. Robinson reported despite the season off, Kaepernick looked good.

Since opting out of his contract with the San Francisco 49ers last March, Kaepernick has not signed with another NFL team. In six seasons in the league, Kaepernick led the 49ers to two NFC Championship games and a Superbowl while recording 12,271 passing yards, 72 touchdowns, 30 interceptions and rushed for 2,300 yards and 13 touchdowns.
