The Minnesota Timberwolves outlasted the Denver Nuggets in overtime Wednesday to clinch the final spot in the 2018 NBA Playoffs.
In the 112-106 win, Timberwolves point guard Jeff Teague stole the ball from Nuggets’ Nikola Jokic and drove the ball down the floor for a dunk in which he swung off the rim afterward.
The former Atlanta Hawk shot 6-of-13 from the field, including 3-of-5 beyond the arc for 17 points. Teague also recorded one rebound, seven assists and one steal in his 43 minutes on the floor.
