Ernie Johnson supported Georgia while Charles Barkley supported Oklahoma during Thursday's "TNT Halftime Report" on Dec. 28, 2017.
NBA on TNT host and University of Georiga alumnus Ernie Johnson was prepared when Charles Barkley showed up to Thursday’s show in a Baker Mayfield jersey.
When he saw Barkley supporting the Sooners on the “TNT Halftime Report”, Johnson took off his jacket and microphone and put on a No. 32 Georgia jersey with “Poppy” on the back— the name his grandchildren call him.
The third-ranked Georgia Bulldogs and No. 2 Oklahoma Sooners face off in the Rose Bowl on Monday at 5 p.m. ET.
