While Atlanta United did introduce new manager Frank de Boer on Monday, no players came or went.

President Darren Eales said the team has received no written offers for any of its players. Josef Martinez, who last year was named league MVP in helping Atlanta United win the MLS Cup, and Miguel Almiron, who finished second to Martinez in MVP voting, have reportedly been of interest to clubs in Europe.

While Eales covered players who may be going, Vice President Carlos Bocanegra said that one particular player is not yet coming.

Asked if Pity Martinez is an Atlanta United player, Bocanegra said there are always reports on the internet and that Atlanta United is set, but that doesn’t mean that players won’t be added or will leave. Martinez, formerly a standout midfielder at River Plate, has posted on social media that he will be joining the Five Stripes.

The team also declined to select a player with its fourth-round pick in Monday's SuperDraft. The team selected Anderson Asiedu and Stanford midfielder Amir Bashti in the second round last week.
