Three Atlanta United players receive green cards

Atlanta United’s Ezequiel Barco, Eric Remedi and Franco Escobar have received green cards and are residents of the United States, according to the team.

The green cards will move the three players out of the International slots on Atlanta United’s roster, freeing up three spaces.

Atlanta United’s international slots are currently occupied by Pity Martinez, Luiz Nascimento, Anton Walkes and Fernando Meza. Should Patrick Nielsen sign with the first team, he will take up a slot.
