Here are a few things to know on Monday:

1. Falcons beat Jets

In the midst of steady rain on Sunday, the Atlanta Falcons snapped their three-game losing streak with a 25-20 win over the New York Jets. D. Orlando Ledbetter gives the Falcons players and coaches grades following the win.

2. Hawks lose sixth straight

The Atlanta Hawks lost to the Milwaukee Bucks 117-106 on Sunday afternoon at Philips Arena. The Hawks travel to play the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday at 7 p.m. from Philadelphia's Wells Fargo Center.

3. Georgia lands No. 2 spot on AP Poll

After a sound win over Florida in Jacksonville, Georgia moved up one spot to No. 2 in the Associated Press college football poll.

4. Jim McElwain, Florida part ways

After a 42-7 loss to Georgia on Saturday, Florida and coach Jim McElwain reportedly agreed to part ways. Florida defensive coordinator Randy Shannon will serve as interim head coach.
