Tiger Woods has left a Mississippi clinic for sex addiction, according to the popular entertainment Web site RadarOnline.com.

Many of Radar's reports on Woods' extramarital affairs have proven reliable in the past.

Radar reported that Woods' wife, Elin, flew to Hattiesburg earlier this week to fly home with the golf superstar. Woods was reportedly staying in a cabin at the Hattiesburg facility.

"Surrounded by heavy security, Elin and Tiger were flying out of Mississippi on Friday and the couple is planning on spending some time alone as they attempt to repair their marriage," Radar reported.

Radar said that  Woods is now determined to get his life in order, repair his marriage and return to the PGA Tour.
