Relive Acuña’s first home run with Gwinnett

Atlanta Braves outfield prospect Ronald Acuña hit a home run in his first game with the Gwinnett Braves on Thursday night.
With two outs in the third inning, the 19-year-old Acuña hit a solo home run to right field, putting the G-Braves up 1-0.
Acuña went 3-for-5 on Thursday night with his homer, two singles, a walk and two RBIs.

Acuña was promoted from Double-A Mississippi to Triple-A Gwinnett on Thursday after recording a .326 batting average with nine home runs and 19 stolen bases in 57 games with Mississippi.
